  1. How Fixions can fix problems with my vehicle?
    Fixions help you can get your vehicle repaired or serviced regularly by connecting you to expert service providers around you. Download our mobile app or log on to www.fixions.com, simply, select your repairs, chose your preferred fixion and troubleshoot your vehicle problems.
  2. How does it work?
    It's really simple! Follow these steps to get your vehicle problem resolved:
    1. Select the type of service you are looking for
    2. Provide details of your vehicle
    3. Review the quotes received and the profiles of Fixion Service Providers Instantly a quote will be provided in most of the cases. In case, an instant quote is not available, then it will be provided at the earliest
    4. Book your appointment with the preferred Fixion Service Provider
    5. Once the appointment gets confirmed, your vehicle will be picked up (only if you have opted for pick-up service) or you can drive the vehicle to the service provider’s workshop
    6. You can make payment online through our website or mobile app or you can pay in cash to the service provider. It is advisable to pay online, as in case of any dispute with the service provider; payment to the service provider can be put on hold until matter is resolved.
  3. What type of services do you provide?
    We can fix anything that bugs your ride. One can select from the following services that Fixions provide:
    1. Regular Vehicle Service: - Regular servicing of your vehicle can maximize its lifespan. So reduce your risks and periodically get your engine inspected, check your oil filter, change your air filter and so on.
    2. Fix a Specific Problem: - Get any part of your vehicle repaired or replaced. Fixions can troubleshoot any problem right from headlight, to bumper, to AC or brakes.
    3. Inspection to detect problem: - When your vehicle feels troubled and you have no clue of its problem, let Fixions solve the mystery.
  4. Can you inspect my vehicle at my location?
    Yes! Fixions work around your convenience. You can get your vehicle inspected at your location itself to detect the problem. Upon placing a request for inspection at your location, the request will be sent to suitable service providers immediately. Details of available service providers will be share with you over email and SMS. Once you select your preffered service provider, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent within 24 hours. Your request will be accepted within 4 working hours of you placing it!
  5. Can you fix my vehicle at my location?
    Basic repairs can be done right at your doorsteps, as long as you have sufficient space for Fixion Service Provider to operate in, without compromising his safety. In case, the vehicle needs complex repairs or supporting tools to fix it, then it has to be taken to the workshop.
  6. Where can I view the quote for request service or repair job?
    If you have requested the Regular Service for your vehicle or you have selected from the listed problem, then the quote will be displayed instantly. If you have requested the quote for a problem which is not listed or you need Vehicle Inspection to be done, then you can view the quote by going to “Quotation Received” section after logging into your account on our website or mobile app.
  7. Do you offer roadside repair assistance?
    While our service providers specialise in repairs on the side of roads but we do not offer a traditional roadside repair service. We usually recommend one-day gap for an appointment slot; it's therefore not likely we'll be able to assist you on the roadside.
  8. How can I trust the service providers on your network?
    Service providers on our network are thoroughly screened on the basis of their work history, skills assessment, and one-on-one interview. Moreover, our users can rate service provider after each job, with all ratings made public. Overall, this means unprofessional service provider will quickly be weeded out of our network.
  9. Do you have any company authorised service providers in your network?
    At present, we do not have any company authorised service providers in our network. Nonetheless, all our service providers are thoroughly screened, highly efficient and provide genuine services at affordable rates.
  10. Do you recommend any certain service provider?
    No we don't. You may select a service provider on the basis of quotes recieved, rating and other details provided.
  11. Does the service provider carry an ID card to prove who they are?
    Unfortunately, we cannot force service providers to carry ID proof while on the job for pick up or inspection. Nonetheless, we do urge our service providers to carry a means of identification with them when visiting customers, for your satisfaction and peace of mind.
  12. How can I rate a service provider?
    Once your vehicle job is executed through our platform, a rating window will appear on the screen on Fixions website and mobile app upon your next login. In case, the rating window is not displayed, you can always email us your rating on contact@fixions.com.
  13. Can I view the history of repairs or service jobs done using your platform?
    Yes, you can view the details of repairs or service jobs booked and executed through our platform by going to “Job Status” section after logging into your account on our website or mobile app.
  14. What are your working hours?
    You can use our website and mobile app anytime of the day. However, our service providers are available from 9 AM to 8 PM IST.
  15. Which cities do you serve?
    Currently, we are present in Mumbai only. Shortly, we will be expanding our footprints in many more cities.
  16. How do I know the parts used by the service provider are of good quality?
    We take pride in having a network of mechanics that use brand new and high-quality parts. The parts used are OE parts or aftermarket parts that meet or exceed OEM service specifications.
  17. Do you provide warranty of the services provided by a service provider?
    We certify the authenticity of our service providers. However, warranty of the services provided by a service provider, if any, will be informed or provided by the service provider directly.
  18. I am unsatisfied with the services of the service provider, how do we proceed?
    In the first instance, if you are unhappy with the services provided by the service provider please try to resolve the issue with the individual service provider right away. If you cannot reach an agreement with the service provider, then please escalate this to us by sending an email at contact@fixions.com. We will launch an investigation and will make a decision as to how to continue, based on the information provided by both sides.
  19. The repair was carried out, but something was damaged in the process, how can I request an investigation?
    In the first instance, please try to resolve the issue with the individual service provider right away. If you cannot reach an agreement with the service provider, then please escalate this to us by sending an email at contact@fixions.com. We will launch an investigation and will make a decision as to how to continue, based on the information provided by both sides.
  1. How do I accept a quote?
    If you are satisfied with the quote of a particular service provider and want to proceed ahead with the booking, then simply click on ‘Book an Appointment’ button, this will lead you to the page where you confirm your appointment booking.
  2. How can I book an appointment using Fixions?
    You can book an appointment online in just few easy steps:
    1. Firstly, select from one of the following services:
      1. Regular Vehicle Service: - For periodical engine inspection, check your oil filter, change your air filter and so on. Quote will be displayed instantly and you can choose your preferred service provider for booking an appointment.
      2. Fix a Specific Problem: - If you know what is bugging your vehicle, then you can select or describe the problem. For various problems, we will display a quote instantly but for other problems it will be provide to you at the earliest. Accordingly, you can choose your preferred service provider for booking an appointment.
      3. Inspection to detect problem: - If you have no clue of the problem with your vehicle, please describe it along with preferred place of inspection, date and time. You may call a Fixion at your location or you can take it to a service provider’s workshop for inspection.
    2. Secondly, proceed to provide details about your vehicle and your location.
    3. Lastly, select a time and date for appointment as per your convenience. If you need the vehicle to be picked up and drop off at your doorsteps, then please provide your address. Once the appointment gets confirmed, your vehicle will be picked up as scheduled or you will have to drive the vehicle to the service provider’s workshop.
  3. In how much time my appointment will be confirmed?
    Upon placing a request for appointment, it will be sent to the selected service provider immediately. In most cases you will receive a confirmation on email and a SMS within 24 hours, and your booking will be confirmed within 4 working hours of you placing it! In case, selected service provider is unavailable for the requested date or time, then service provider will send a request for rescheduling for next available slot. You will receive intimation over the email and a SMS in the matter. In either case, you can view your appointment status in “Vehicle Inspection status” after logging into your account on the website or mobile app.
  4. What happens after appointment has been confirmed?
    Having received the appointment confirmation via email or SMS, you have to drive down your vehicle to service provider’s workshop as per appointment date and time. In case, you have selected for pick-up of the vehicle, then the service provider will arrive at your doorstep as per the desired place and time.
  5. Can I amend my appointment after placing the request?
    Simply, send us an email on contact@fixions.com , with your preferred date, time or address and we will change it for you.
  6. Can I cancel my appointment request?
    Simply, send us an email on contact@fixions.com, to cancel your appointment request and we will it cancel for you.
  7. Can I give my vehicle to the service provider who has come for pick-up?
    If you find anything suspicious or doubtful, then do not give your vehicle to service provider who has come for pick up. Further, please send us an email on contact@fixions.com, in such matter, so that we can investigate the matter. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to do so for you.
  8. What if the service provider is late for pick up or inspection?
    Unfortunately if such a situation occurs, where a service provider is running late due to heavy traffic or another job taking longer than scheduled for. You will be promptly informed by our service provider.
    If you have not heard from your service provider within 60 minutes after your appointment time, please email us on contact@fixions.com and we will work to resolve the issue. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to do so for you.
  9. Where can I view the appointment history of all my previous appointments done using Fixions?
    You can view the details of previous appointments booked through FIXIONS by going to ‘Appointment Record’ section after logging into your account on our website or mobile app.
  1. What are Fixions charges for booking the appointment?
    We do not charge any penny to the vehicle owner for providing a quote or for booking an appointment with us.
  2. What are Fixions charges for placing a request for inspection at my location?
    We charge flat Rs. 125/- as an inspection fee, for inspecting your vehicle at your preferred location. However, if you are driving your vehicle to service provider’s workshop, then we do not charge any money to the vehicle owner.
  3. Is the quote given by you final?
    Most quotes given by us will be considered final, but if your vehicle requires some extra or less effort, then the quote might undergo a change. Our service provider will confirm the final price before executing the job.
  4. I have to pay upfront before my vehicle is serviced or repaired?
    No, you need not make any payment before your vehicle is serviced or repaired. You have to make the payment only after the job is executed.
  5. How do you take payments?
    We prefer to take all payments online through our website or mobile app. Once the job is executed or your inspection request has been confirmed, then you will get an email confirmation with payment link. Alternatively, you can go to ‘Job Status’ or ‘Vehicle Inspection Status’ section of your account on our website or mobile app to make the payment.
  6. Can I pay the service provider in cash?
    Inspection fee for using ‘Inspection to detect problem’ can only be paid online. Payments after your vehicle has been repaired or serviced can be made through cash directly to service provider itself. You may partial payment through cash and online mode.
    However, it is advisable to make all payments through online mode, to ensure that all payments made are logged and transparent to all. It will, moreover, protect you in case you are not happy with any work that the service provider has undertaken, this way we will have the ability to refund any work undertaken by the service provider. We would not be able to enforce that with a cash payment. Also, we will not be able to process and accept promo code, if payment is made through cash fully or partially.
  7. I have received a promo code, where do I use it?
    You have to enter a promo code while making the payment. Please note that promo code is not valid, if payment is made through cash fully or partially.
  8. Do you use a secure payment system?
    When you enter your card or net-banking details upon payment please be assured that details are sent over SSL to a secure third party for storage, who meet bank-level PCI-DSS security standards.
  9. What if your service provider does not turns up for inspection after the payment of inspection fees?
    If you have not heard from your service provider within 60 minutes after your appointment time, please email us on contact@fixions.com and we will work to resolve the issue. If you need to reschedule, we will take care of this for you else we will process the refund of the inspection fees, which will be credited in 8 – 10 working days.
  10. How can I get invoice for my vehicle repair or service?
    Selected service provider will provide you with a receipt or invoice after you have made the payment. We will not provide you invoice on the behalf of the service provider.
